Since 1979, the Association for Macular Diseases has offered support to individuals, their families, friends, and the professional community.

In 2017, we expanded our reach with the launch of this website and a joined effort with Ophthalmic Edge to empower patients living with all causes of vision loss, and to educate the professionals that serve them.

OEPatients.org, provides practical tips and encouraging advice for living well with vision loss. An insider’s guide, filled with a wide-range of constructive ideas and strategies in categories that include: Accessibility & Technology, Making Adjustments, Health & Well-Being and the OE Patients Podcast.
